“I am not new to CrossFit but it has been several years & 2 kids since I’ve gone consistently. When I heard a new box was opening in Waxhaw I was excited and nervous. My athleticism isn’t what it once was, but from the first time I set foot in CrossFit DOD I knew I was in good hands. The gym is spacious, clean, and the coaching and programming is superb.
